Not to mention your house looks like a tornado and you think “did I even shower today’? Trying to be supermom isn’t just exhausting, it’s breaking your spirit. How does everyone else seem to handle it — they don’t. it’s an unrealistic expectation you can do it all with a smile on your face.

Whats the difference between Therapy and Coaching?

In Therapy we talk about feelings, and work toward decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems.

Coaching is focused on a specific challenging part of parenting, and does not require symptoms and diagnosis. I can provide you with tools, support, suggestions, and ideas how to improve your family life. We do not sit back while you “tell me how you feel”. We make actionable steps each session on how to problem solve tricky parenting conundrums including:

  • Sleep Training

  • Toddler Behavior

  • Developmental Milestones

  • Parent-Child Bonding

  • Morning and Bedtime Routines

  • Helping Older Children Adjust to a New Baby

  • Sibling Rivalry
